Our standard lead time for the most frame orders is 2-3 weeks. For urgent needs or exhibition projects, we can expedite orders to be completed within one week, and we may fulfill small quantity orders on the same day, provide the materials required are in stock. Please note that the availability of specific materials may affect these timelines.
Although we try to keep colours consistent and make sure that all the same colours will appear in one frame, but we cannot guarantee that all of the natural timber frames will be the same as each other. This is because we only use real timber that is sustainable and environmentally friendly for our wooden frames. Therefore, there may be slight variances in the final colour of your natural timber frames.
Yes, at Fidoso we only use conservation/museum grade matboard and archival hinging tapes. We guarantee all materials that come into direct contact with your artwork are acid-free. And we also have a wide range of museum-grade glazing production for your choice (Tru-Vue, Art Glass).
